36 hours later and I’m still sick. As long as I take my meds my fever stays down, but comes back as soon as the medicine wears off. I still have body aches and my throat is so sore. I can’t remember the last time I had a fever, but I’m sure it was pre-Covid.

Rocky met up with Bama and they slack packed (hike with minimal gear) from Boiling Spring, PA to Carlisle where the hotel was. I was invited, but didn’t feel up to it. I just slept most of the day.
